Have you ever wanted to paint big but were a little afraid of how to go about it? We are painting big, really big, in Spain with Judy Wise and Katie Kendrick

The easel shown left is the size that Judy and Katie used when painting class samples for this workshop. See, B I G! Judy and Katie both enjoy painting large and are looking forward to sharing their enthusiasm for painting big with you.

We'll start in Barcelona visiting the Miro and Picasso Museums, the Antonio Gaudi La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell.

We will spend a fair amount of time sampling tapas, too each evening and, of course, we'll search for the best chocolate and churros. Who can resist?

Late Sunday evening we will drive south 45 kilometers to El Bruc in the Montserrat Natural Park to check into Can Serrat, a rustic farmhouse that was developed for artist residencies. Judy spent time here a couple of years ago and you can read about it on her blog.

The next five days will be spent painting big with Katie and Judy.
