Terms
Some of these terms and conditions set below are to draw your attention to the fact that our obligations to you are limited. Once the trip begins, we will do everything possible to ensure your enjoyment and we look forward to a successful partnership together.
Due to limited class size, purchased spots for all workshops are transferable but payment is non-refundable. Space is limited on all trips and reservations are accepted in order of receipt of your registration which acknowledges that you have read these terms, and our notification to you of your enrollment.
You are responsible for assuming the responsibility to select a trip most appropriate to your physical abilities and interests. You are also responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake the trip; for obtaining the appropriate medical and cancellation insurance (required for all foreign trips); for studying all the pre-departure information provided you, and for acting in a manner considerate of fellow travelers and the countries visited.
Travel Risks
Any form of travel contains inherent risks and medical facilities and services may not be easily accessible and may not be sophisticated. There are also other risks associated with the trip, such as theft of loss of or damage to property. Some of the services provided in connection with the trip, including lodging, transportation, food service and local tours and activities, are obtained from independent suppliers over whom Bellissima Art Escapes (BAE*) has no control. These services provided by independent suppliers or any unrelated third parties are subject to the laws of the place where the services are provided. The liability of the independent suppliers may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, tickets and vouchers, and international conventions and agreements.
Travelers further agree that they will indemnify and hold BAE harmless in respect of any claims arising in connection with the trip made by third parties that arise from the misconduct of the travelers, the traveler’s family members, dependents or heirs, third parties, which the traveler, their estate, their family members, dependents or heirs have sued.
BAE reserves the right to decline accepting or retaining any traveler whose health or actions in BAE’s sole judgment impedes the operation of a trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travelers.
Passport
You are responsible for having your passport up to date. Most countries require that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is also recommended that you have a minimum of three blank pages. Please note that an enhanced driver's license is not a substitution for a passport.
If there are any visas or entry documents required for your trip, you are responsible for meeting all the health and other requirements necessary for those documents. Bellissima Art Escapes is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport information or documentation or any fees associated with these documents.
Please note that it can take up to three months or more to obtain a new passport and/or visa.
Payments
You may pay by check, bank drafts and money orders made out to Too Sweet Peppers, LLC.* For credit cards you may pay by using PayPal sending your payments to kathie@bellissimaartescapes.com. If we invoice you through PayPal, the Paypal fee will be added to your payment.

Schedule of Payments
A trip deposit of one third to one half of the trip cost is due upon enrollment. The final payment will be due six months from trip date. A payment schedule may be arranged; please contact us to set up a plan.
Prices do not include airfare, but do include transportation while on the tour. Itineraries are subject to change because there are always surprises and we need to be flexible enough to take advantage of whatever comes along so that we may provide you with the best possible tour. Uncompleted portions of the tour itinerary are not cause for refund.
